For around a year now we have been using Nemark’s Server Imaging as a low cost Disaster Recovery process. Just this week we realised that every penny we have spent on the Server Imaging was worth it. Over the weekend we have had a server fail as it was very old and Nemark came straight out to site with a loan server, the server image and we were back up and running as a normal business within 2 hours. I cannot imagine what would have happened if we had not had the Server Image protection, for the £50 a month it has meant we can carry on working without the stress of having no network. knew about the switches in the server room, etc. but Nemark has helped me to consider the Network as a whole, rather than just a collection of different components. Thinking about it, I guess that is what they mean by synergy! Network optimisation revealed a number of issues items that have now been corrected, resulting in a smoother experience for all users.
