Finding the right package can be a little daunting, especially when you see how many different ones are on offer.

To get a very basic idea of what you need, you firstly need to decide whether you are already licensed for Microsoft Office. If you’ve already got 20 PC’s installed with Office 2016 for example, you can go for an Exchange Online Plan 1 package, which is basically your Exchange mailbox license.

On the other hand, if you’ve got 20 PC’s all running an old version of Microsoft Office, and would like them to use the latest version, it would be best to go for Office 365 Business Premium. This includes the Exchange mailbox, along with all the latest versions of Microsoft Office. An added benefit of doing it like this, is that you are allowed to install the applications on up to 5 PC’s/tablets. You also get the latest version each time it’s released.
