"Spam is becoming a real pain these days. Working as an IT Technician, I get around two to three calls per day from clients regarding the amount of spam they are receiving. Whilst Microsoft Exchange boasts an Intelligent Message Filter (IMF) which now ships as standard with Service Pack 2, I have found it to be fairly average compared to many third party applications that are available. Take, for example, GFI Mail Essentials. This piece of software can analyze the user's email habits relating to both sending and receiving mail, allowing the software to learn from the content passing both into and out from the mail server. This delivers a much more tailored anti-spam solution. IMF totally lacks this feature, only monitoring incoming emails, and only going on a UCE score and spam database. A huge problem with this is that false positives are quite common, and lots of spam usually still comes through to the users’ inbox. In a straight comparison, it would be GFI Mail Essentials every time."

- "... What I like about them most, is that they are very approachable, will come up with alternative ideas, and do not try to sell us the most expensive equipment that is on the market.
- Nemark are contracted to respond within 24 hours - I don't think that we have had to wait that long for even a minor problem.
- I find them to be intelligent, accommodating and innovative, which along with their sense of humour, makes them a pleasure to work alongside."
