A Network is only as good as the servers and workstations attached to it. Any business with a network understands the benefits of “uptime” and the benefits of having a fast IT Support Partner to ensure that in the event of a fault occurring, a resolution is quickly delivered.

Nemark’s Rapid Server Response service allows us to not only monitor your network while you get on with running your business, but also to be pro-active in fixing any issues before they impact on operational performance.

What is covered?

Our two principle "off the shelf" offerings comprise Remote Support only, and Full On-Site Support (which incudes Remote Support too). We do have clients on bespoke arrangements, though, so if neither of these approaches seems right for you just ask, and we will amend to suit.  What's more all our service contract are unlimited meaning you can call as many times you want, receive Remote IT Support as many times as needed and have as many engineer call tosites as needed too!

Typical Response Times

Nemark have several different service levels available, depending on your business’ requirements and how mission-critical your hardware support needs are.

Servers typically have a 1-hour response time for Remote Support, although remote support is typically delivered within 60 seconds, and 4 hours to site when an engineer call out is required. Workstations are similar with a typical call out to site of 8 hours but still benefiting from the 60 Seconds response time facility.

It’s not a problem if your requirements are different from the above; our bespoke IT Support Contracts cater for every eventuality and requirement and can be tailored to fit your business.
