What is covered?
Our two principle "off the shelf" offerings comprise Remote Support only, and Full On-Site Support (which incudes Remote Support too). We do have clients on bespoke arrangements, though, so if neither of these approaches seems right for you just ask, and we will amend to suit.
Typical Response Times
Nemark have several different service levels available, depending on your business’ requirements and how mission-critical your hardware support needs are.
Servers typically have a 1-hour response time for Remote support and 4 hours to site when an engineer call out is required. Workstations are similar with a typical call out to site of 8 hours but still benefiting from the 1 hour Remote IT Support facility.
It’s not a problem if your requirements are different from the above; our bespoke IT Support Contracts cater for every eventuality and requirement and can be tailored to fit your business.
