No Contract

National and Local IT Support when you need it

Your company may not need a contracted IT Support Service and Nemark understand that every business is different and therefore offer none contract IT Support maintenance services.

Getting service could not be easier, just call our IT Support helpdesk and one of our engineers will discuss the options and book in a support call for you.

Some jobs are realtively quick and easy to fix and if you have internet access we can generally get in to your computer without the need of a call out using our Virtual Engineer Service. This wil save you down time and of course a call-out charge so all you pay for is the time we spend looking at your computer / network.

With ad-hoc support you would be billed on a time and material basis and so charged at the end of the session - and invoice will be raised and posted to you.

With support starting from as little as £45 per hour, Nemark’s IT Support Ad-Hoc service is affordable and reliable.

Another scenario might be that you have an IT Engineer or IT Manager within your company but holidays could be looming. Not a problem for Nemark as we also offer short term contracts to cover holidays and training programmes. We also offer guaranteed IT Mananger Support Contracts for your internal staff too.
